Before you ask.
How much does a LED neon cost?
A small neon sign (approx. 25 × 20 cm) starts at 1,255 CZK. The price depends mainly on the size and complexity. We will send you an exact quote for free along with a design within 24 hours, or within 2 working days for more complex orders.
How long does production take?
We manufacture LED neon signs in 2–4 business days and test them for 3–4 days, for a total of approximately 5–8 business days before dispatch. 3D letters and light boxes take 12–16 business days.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. The LED neon comes ready to plug in: the cable is soldered inside, with 3 m of cable and a connector for the dimmer and power supply. We will provide the mounting kit. We can arrange installation throughout the Czech Republic starting from CZK 1,000.
What is the warranty?
2-year warranty for both businesses and private customers. If the sign stops working, we will cover the shipping costs and repair it or replace it with a new one.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver across the entire EU, usually within 2–5 days. We will include the shipping cost in the quote. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free.
