We hand-shape the neon according to your visualization, then test it on a stand for 3–4 days. Only then do we pack it — which is why we have a 0% return rate.
In the package, you will find a power supply, a dimmer with a remote control, 3 m of translucent cable, and a mounting kit.

Before you ask about neon.
How much does an LED neon cost?
A small neon sign (approx. 25 × 20 cm) starts at 1,255 CZK, a sign approx. 50 × 30 cm from 4,500 CZK. We will send you an exact price quote free of charge along with a design within 24 hours, or within 2 working days for more complex orders.
How long does production take?
2–4 business days for production and 3–4 days for testing — approximately 5–8 business days total until dispatch. We do not offer express production, and we do not skip testing.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. The neon sign comes ready to plug in: the cable is soldered inside, 3 m of cable and a connector for the dimmer and power supply are included, and the mounting kit is in the package.
What does a dimmer do?
Remote switching on/off, 10% brightness increments, and simple animations (smooth dimming, flashing) with adjustable speed.
Can neon light up outdoors?
Yes, in the IP65 outdoor version for a 10% surcharge.
What is the warranty?
2 years for businesses and private customers. If the sign stops lighting up, we cover the shipping and will repair it or replace it with a new one.
