FAQ – custom LED neon signs and illuminated signage

A small LED neon of about 25 × 20 cm (a line or a short word) starts at CZK 1,255. The price of larger signs and logos depends on the length of the light line, the size of the backing board, the number of colours and whether the sign goes outdoors. We will send you the exact price free of charge within 24 hours.

A custom light box from CZK 3,000. 3D letters and logos from CZK 4,500 – the price depends on size, material, type of lighting and installation.

From CZK 2,500, mounting hardware included.

Prices are final – we are not VAT payers, so nothing is added.

The IP65 outdoor version costs an extra 10% of the price of the sign.

We send the design and price free of charge within 24 hours, for more complex orders within 2 working days. Design revisions are unlimited.

Production takes 2–4 working days followed by 3–4 days of testing – we test every sign before shipping. Usually 5–8 working days in total until dispatch.

No. We test every sign before shipping, so please allow some extra time when ordering for a specific date.

LED neon from 25 cm. There is no upper limit – we make large signs from several parts, up to 15 metres.

Free within the Czech Republic, usually delivered the next working day after dispatch. For other EU countries the customer pays shipping based on parcel size – we state the exact price in the quote. Delivery within the EU takes 2–5 working days.

Yes, throughout the Czech Republic it is provided by our partners and verified electricians, from CZK 1,000. In Prague and within 20 km we come for a consultation in person.

No. It arrives ready to plug in – 3 m of cable and a connector for the dimmer and power supply. Just mount it on the wall and plug it into a socket.

With LED neon: a power supply, a dimmer with remote control and 3 m of semi-transparent cable. With illuminated signage (3D letters, light boxes): mounting hardware, a template for straight installation and all the material you need.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos or a video. If the sign is damaged, we will make and send a new one free of charge.

2 years for both businesses and private customers. If the sign stops working, we cover the shipping and repair it or replace it with a new one.

LED lifespan up to 50,000 hours.

With any method offered on the website, by bank transfer against an invoice (in the Czech Republic) or in cash. We always issue an invoice. LED neon is paid in advance; for illuminated signage we offer businesses a 14-day invoice due date.

Our office and workshop are near Prague. For large volumes we work with partner manufacturers in Poland, Germany and China – this keeps our prices and lead times stable.
