What is LED neon and how does it differ from glass neon
Classic neon is a glass tube filled with gas that is bent by hand by a glassblower. LED neon looks similar, but inside is an LED strip hidden in a silicone or PVC diffuser. This diffuses the individual diodes into a continuous line of light, so the sign glows evenly like a "real" neon sign.

How to choose an LED neon sign for your business: 6 decisions
1. Size
The smallest sign starts at 25 cm, and there is practically no upper limit – we manufacture large signs in multiple parts and can handle lengths of up to 15 meters. For orientation: a sign in a display window should be readable from the sidewalk, and a logo behind a reception desk from where the customer enters. Just send us the wall dimensions or a photo of the space, and we will recommend the size.
2. Color
You can choose from 22 colors. The color is determined by both the LED strip and the diffuser – a white diffuser looks neutral when turned off, while a colored diffuser looks colored even during the day. For changing colors and effects, RGB and addressable strips are available.
3. Font or logo
We can turn text into a sign using a font that suits you. We will convert your logo into neon lines – for details that cannot be drawn with a line, UV printing on the backing board helps. This way, the colorful areas of the logo remain intact.
4. Backing
Most often, the sign sits on a clear acrylic board – either rectangular or cut exactly to the shape of the sign, where the board is almost invisible on the wall. A colored board, on the other hand, frames and highlights the sign.
5. Indoor or outdoor
Standard versions are sufficient for indoor use. For outdoor use, we manufacture the sign with IP65 protection for an additional 10% of the price.
6. Control and power
Every sign comes with a power supply and a dimmer with a remote control: remote power-on, brightness in 10% increments, and simple animations (smooth dimming, flashing) with adjustable speed. The sign comes ready to plug in – with 3m of cable and a connector for the dimmer and power supply. Smaller signs can also be powered by a power bank via USB, then with brightness regulation and power-off.
How the order process works
- Inquiry. Send us the text or logo, approximate size, and where the sign will be placed.
- Free design and quote within 24 hours. You will receive a visualization and a price offer. There is no limit to design revisions.
- Production 2–4 working days. We make the sign by hand according to the approved design.
- Testing 3–4 days. We test every sign before shipping to ensure it glows evenly.
- Delivery. Free within the Czech Republic, usually the day after shipping. To other EU countries in 2–5 days – we will state the shipping price in the quote.
Do you need the sign installed as well? Installation throughout the Czech Republic is provided by our partners and verified electricians, with prices starting at CZK 1,000. In Prague and surrounding areas (within 20 km), we can come for a consultation in person.
How much does a custom LED neon sign cost
The price depends mainly on the length of the light line, the size and shape of the board, the number of colors, and whether the sign is for outdoor use. A small sign around 25 × 20 cm (a line or short word) starts at 1,255 CZK. For company signs and logos, we always calculate the price based on the design – you will see the exact amount in the offer before you order.
The stated prices are final – we are not VAT payers, so we do not add anything to them.

- Invoice always. For companies, the option to pay by invoice with a 14-day maturity period.
- 2-year warranty. If the sign stops working, we cover the shipping and repair it or replace it with a new one.
- On-site service. In Prague, we offer on-site service – consultation and repair right on the spot. For larger clients in the Czech Republic and Germany, we can resolve faults on-site.

Not every logo is ideal for neon. For logos with fine details or large areas, a backlit logo or 3D letters often works better. During the design phase, we will advise you on what will work best for your brand.

Can I hang the sign outside?
Yes, in an outdoor version with IP65 protection (10% surcharge). The power supply and connections must be placed so they are protected from water.

The sign comes ready to plug in – just attach it to the wall and plug it into an outlet. If you wish, installation within the Czech Republic can be provided by our partners starting at CZK 1,000.
How quickly will I receive the sign?
We send the design and price within 24 hours. After approval, production takes 2–4 working days and testing 3–4 days. We usually ship within the Czech Republic the day after completion. We do not offer express production.
Can I design the sign myself first?
Yes. You can test text, colors, and sizes in our online LED neon configurator. For logos or atypical shapes, it is better to send us the files – we will prepare the design for free.
