The lifespan of LED neon is 50,000 hours (10-15 years with normal use).
All our neon signs come with a 2-year warranty.

What is the approximate cost of a custom LED neon sign?
The price depends on the length, complexity, colors and size:
small signs from CZK 1,255
medium company logos from CZK 4,500
large shop windows from CZK 8,000
UV printing on the back, dimmer or RGB are charged separately.

What is the difference between LED neon and traditional glass neon?
LED neon is a more modern, safer, and more energy-efficient alternative to classic glass neon. It glows just as brightly and attractively, but:
- it doesn't heat up → safe even near children, textiles, or wood
- it won't break → more durable during transport and installation
- lifetime of up to 50,000 hours
- enormous freedom of shapes, sizes, and colors (22 shades of light + UV printing on the back – logo, photo, pattern)

What if the neon sign gets damaged during transport or doesn't work?
Every piece is tested before shipping and packaged with extreme care (double cardboard + filling).
If a problem still occurs, please write to us within 48 hours of receipt + send photos.
We will repair or send a new piece free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How long does it take to make a custom neon sign?
Usually 2–4 working days from final design approval.
Simple text or logos are often ready in just 2–3 days.
More complex or large-format orders (over 2 metres) may take a little longer – we always confirm exact deadlines in advance.
Once manufactured, you will receive a photo of the finished product before it is tested.
What documents do you need for production?
You don't need any special format – we can work with almost anything! 😊
Ideally, send your logo or graphic in vector format (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF with curves) – this is the fastest and most accurate option.
If you only have a regular photo, screenshot, or image from your phone (.jpg, .png, even .webp) – no problem!
Simple text, a name, slogan, or short message? Just type it directly into the message or email – we'll turn it into beautiful neon.
Feel free to send us anything you have on hand – we'll take care of the rest and send you a design for approval before we start production.
How does the order process work from design to delivery?
- Send us the text, logo, photo, color, and approximate dimensions
- We will prepare 1–2 designs + visualization and a price quote for free
- After your approval and payment, we will start production
- We will carefully pack the finished neon sign and ship it free of charge throughout the Czech Republic via express delivery
We communicate with you continuously – sending photos, fine-tuning details, and awaiting your "I approve."
Can I have neon outdoors or in a shop window? Are they waterproof?
Yes – we also produce outdoor and shop window versions with IP65 and higher protection.
Just specify when ordering that it will be outdoors or in a shop window – we will adjust the material, power supply, and mounting.
Most of our neon signs for businesses (OPEN, SALE, store logo, 24/7) are specifically for shop windows and facades.
How is neon installed? What mounting options does it have?
Each neon sign is delivered ready for immediate installation. It includes:
standoff screws + mounting kit (most common for walls)
double-sided tape (for smaller models)
steel cables or hooks for display windows
power adapter with a long cable
Upon request, we can add a stand, back panel, or special mounting.
A simple guide is included with every order.
What colors and effects do you offer? Can the neon be dimmed?
